Board met as per adjournment
on July 14th with all members
present.
Minutes of July 14th read and
approved.
Kcquest of Nelson Brock for
school judgment levy against
school district No. 177 was read ,
and upon motion the request was
rejected.
The balance of the day was
spent in committee work and at
6 p m , the board adjourned till
August 24 , 1909.
August 14th , 1909.
Board met at 8:30 : a m , with
all members present except Grint
and Gilraore.
Application of B J Tierney
was then read by the clerk , and
it was moved and carried that
the 52 head of
2-year-old steers
assessed agunst him in Berwyn
precinct be stricken from the as-
scHsmont in Berwyn precinct as
the same were assessed in Ans-
ley precinct.
Balance of the forenoon was
spent in committee work and at
12 m , the board adjourned till
1 p m.

Board met at 1 p m.

follows upon the following pro
tests that had been handed t"

assessed valuation of southeast ,
northwest , east one-hall south
west and lot 4 in section 19 town
IS range 23 be reduced to $350.
And upon the application of
S P Great , we recommend that
the assessed valuation on west
one-half block 73 rr add to
Broken Bow , be reduced $50.00.
