A Marvel in Balloon Work. 1'he ballon ascension is always popular with the general public and the management of the Cus- ter County Fair has this year secured - cured something novel and out of the ordinary in halloon work. ( ; ; ' . : " . . . . , . L n nn The cannon act is a thrilling exhibition. A hugc cannon is taken up with the balloon. ' 1'his cannon contains the aernonaut and h1s parachutc. When at a great height the man touches an electric spring which fires the cannon and shoots the man and parachute into the air. It is positively the most thrilling. as well as dangerous , of all balloon feats and there are only a few aeronauts who will attempt it. These balloon ascensions will positively take place. The contract - tract reads : "No ascension , no pay" and the immclh e crowds that will surely be in attendance will surely not be disappointed. A Correction.
