Norris Brown , in mass convcntionssembled at Kear- ncy , Nebraska , February , 28th , 11)0 ( , . observe with pride aud gratification thc spontancous expressions - pressions of public sentiment which have "ecn " made through. out the state in his fa'or for thc ofi ce of United States senator. We take pleasure in testifying to h is sterling integrity and genuihe worth as a citizen and his ability and faithfulness as a public oflicer. 'l'herefore be it Resolved ; 'l'hat we hereby Ult- qualifidedly endorse the ofi cial acts of Attorney Gencral Brown and pledge him our unanimous and loyal upport in his candidacy for the United States senate ; that we cOlllmend him as a man faithful and conscientious in the dischargc of public duties , loyal to the principles of thc party he represents and worthy of the COIt- t dencc and support of the people of the statc. Hon. Norris Brown , whom the peoplc of Buffalo county have announced - nounced as a cand t1ate for Unitcd Statcs SeuatOl' , is a familiar character in Nebraska where his ability as a lawyer is known and where his republican principles have been fearlessly declared from the rostrum.
