Lynne , " and were played in the

the company presented " 'l'he
Little Torment" to the utmost
delight of a large gathering of
children for whom the play had
been especially arrange. Ogarita ,
the Indian actress , appeared as
the star on Thursday and Satur- ,
Jav nights and her acting was
high class. In her Mr. Arring-
ton has succeeded in securing
one of the best actresses ever
making her appearance In this
ity. Mrs. Arrington , who appeared -
peared as the central figure "In
Old Kentucky" likewise proved
herself , an actress of no mean
ability , and both ladies came infer
for much complimentary mention
on ail sides for their clever work.
C. D. Hatfield , the husband of
Ogarita , proved himself a versatile -
tile performer and one appearing
to fine advantaga. His work
during the three -nights' stand
was par excellence. 'l'he remaining -
ing members of the company
likewise did some noteworthy '
work and will aid ill making the
productions favorites with the
theater going public. ' .rhe company -
pany was organized here and
marked the opening of the opera .
season in this city. 'l'hey had
previously appeared at Okawville
and Marissa and gave the best of
satisfaction at these places. "
