after he had been arraigned by

and show windows of a large'
number of the business houses of
the city in honor of the presence
of the P. E. O. ladies. Some of
the decorations are espccial1y
fine and elaborate. Drayman
Smith had one of his drays artistically -

tainment is being furnished the
delegates and visiting members
and the local Chapter is endeavoring -
oring in every way to make thcir
