'rhe question of a city ha1l is
being discussed to some extent
by tbe citizens of llrolen Bow.
Since placing the old wooden
shell on a prominent location
where it can be viewed by the
public tbe people have just begun -
gun to realize wbat a shabby con-
ceru it is and the need of a respectable -
spectable hall , owned by the
ity. A building buiit of brick ,
large enough to provide for a
council cbamber , fire apparatus ,
city library and police office could
be provided without entailing a
beavy burden on thc public. A
committee appointed by the city
council could secure plans and
specifica tions with cost of building -
ing , with the view of building ,
if directM to do so by a vote of
tbe pcople. Talk the matter up
.
and let us see what can bc.done.
