The sailors were represen ted by a class of boys dressed in sailor - or blue attire , whose presentation in song- and motion was superqly grand and most pleasing to thc packed audience that the st nd- ! ing room was not sufIicient to I accommodate. The printers were represented by a jolly crowd of boys with a song rendered in a most pleasing , manner. Santa Clause' artists I were composed of a large class of boys and girls representing artistic - tic genus that provides the toys for Christmns time that was sung with spirit. The little tots , the doll dressers presented a pleasing arra ) ' as they appeared on the stage armed with the subject of their song. 'l'he hearty good will with which they sang and interposed the gestures was one of the highly appreciated faaturcs of the entertainment.
