'rhe election of these gentlemen prac- tical1 } ' assurcs the financial success - cess of the Association this year. Their experience in thc past will insure , confidence with the publk. We understand that the board of directors will indeavor to inaugurate a radical change in the premiums offered and that liberal premiums will be offered on cattle , horses and hogs as well as grain and vegetables raised - ed on the farm. 'Vith the great interest now taken in thc county in registered stock the board reasons that by offering liberal premiums on stock that a large xhibit in that class can be secur- cd and one that will be a credit to the county as well as profitable. If this plan is carried out with the other usual attractions there is no reason why the county fair of 1903 , should not be one of the I I bC"it evcr held in the county : hol1l the weather be at a1l favorable.
