It needn’t be Friday to enjoy this delicious “quickie” lunch. Fish
■ticks in frankfurter rolls is the latest suggestion from the Minute
Maid-Snow Crop Frozen Foods Test Kitchen—and a wonderful idea
it is too! , . _ . . .
Quick, easy and economical, this is a menu specially apt for Lent, but
appetizing enough to serve year ’round. Allow 2 Snow Crop Fish Sticks
E>r serving (the 8 ounce package will serve 4 people). Heat, following
bel directions, then sandwich in the frankfurter rolls. You can warm
your rolls in the oven along with the Fish Sticks, or toast them if you
prefer. Tartar Sauce and lemon slices belong, of course, but there s no
law says yqu have to have them. , .
For crisp contrast try celery and carrot curls, radishes served plain
or fancy, your favorite beverage and maybe some fruit for dessert.
You’ve got an attractive lunch that takes only minutes to set up.,
