H. Schauland, Pastor A business man sat at his desk, snd ; all around him were letters, bills and other evidences that he was much ^ absored in the details of his business. 1 A pastor entered and said: “I have j come to interest you in a matter of great importance to your soul.” “Oh, ! you must excuse me, pastor,” said the man. “I am too busy to attend ! to that matter today.” The pastor ! left with a sad heart, and the busi ness man turned agin to his papers Just a few days later a disagreeable j stranger stepped into the an's office. I ar,d laying his cold moist hand upon his brow, said, “Go home with me.” The man laid down his pen, closed | his desk and went home. He knew that the name of his grim visitor was Death. Although he was too busy to think of his soul, as the pastor called, yet he was not too busy to die. “How shall we escape, if we neg. lect so great salvafion,” says the Bible. Again, “What shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his Soul?” j Friend, the grim reaper of death is also coming to you. No matter how busy you are take time to prepare to meet him. Your business cannot save you; you must leave it behind. Only “the blood of Jesus Christ, God's son, cleanseth us from all sin.” To lead you to know that Savior is our aim and purpose. The Church is not here to entertain you, but to show you the way to salvation thru faith in Christ Jesu6. Won't you give us a chance? Our services begin every Sunday at 11 a. m. and close at 12 o’clock. Sunday School from 10 to 11. Your children will enjoy the Bible lessons taught them thru word and pictures.
