teaspoon paprika 1 6 egg yolks, beaten until j

--4 egg whites, stiffly beaten ...
"'jlfelt Spry in saucepan, add flour, salt, paprika, and cayenne and blend
«, U. Add milk gradually and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add cheese and stir over low heat until cheese i3 melted. Remove from
heat. Add beaten egg yolks, and blend thoroughly. Fold in beaten egg
■whites. Pour into 1H-quart Spry-coated casserole and place casserole
in pan of warm water. Bake in moderate oven (350°F.) 40-50 minutes.
