Luncheon Casserole > _
r 4 tablespoons Spry 2 cups milk 77- ^ v
4 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons horse-radish
2 teaspoons salt S cups cooked potatoes, diced
% teaspoon pepper ? *2 cups ham, cut in %~iuch _
% teaspoon paprika N pieces ,

Melt Spry in saucepan ? add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika and blend.
Add milk gradually and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add
horse-radish to white sauce. Add potatoes and ham to white sauce and
pour into Spry-coated casserole. Bake, ip moderately hotj>vea.(375*F.Ji ,
30-40 minutes. Serves 6-8. i __
•6 frankfurters or spiced meat may be substituted. ' .
