The Willing Workers wishes to thank everyone wrho taken part in the style shoowr on Tuesday night, April 7th. The Style Show- was beautifully array ed and conducted by Mrs. Ruby Roundtree. Mrs Dortch had been a resident of Omaha for eleven years and had taken an active part in rerg ious and fraternal work. She is survived by her husband Mr. Paul Dortch of this city, mother Mrs Anna Baker of Savannah, Georgia step daughter Miss Marie Dortcn Chicago. Illinois and other relativ es. The body lie in state at th Thomas Funeral Home until Sun day evening and was forwarded to Joliet, 111., for funeral services and burial there Monday. Mr. J«,nas Adams, age 93. 1204 North 24th Street, died Wednes day April 8th at a local hospital. Mr. Adams had been a resident of this community for 25 years. Fun eral services Were held Monday April 13th with Rev. A. Wagner officiating from Thomas Funeral Home. Mr. Martin Davis. 81 years died Saturday evening April Hth at a local hospital. Mr. Davis had been making his home with his daughter Miss Edna Davis 1214 North 25th Street. Mr. Davis had formerly lived at Lincoln, Nebras ka for a number of years, in ti*» past sixteen years he had mao-> j his home here and in Counc' Bluffs, Iowa for awhile. Funeral services were held Thursday at ternoon from Thomas Funeral Horn,- with Rev. C. C. Reyn officiating, burial in Pr,.s;ject Hi!’ Cemetery. Mr. Eugene Melton age 53, died Tuesday April 14th at a local nos Pi cal after an extended illness.
