“THE WRITING ON THE
WALL”
by M. M. GOODLOW
The writing on the wall is
plain to read,
And the Allied nations should
all take heed,
World wide slaughter and
blood shed,
In the awful days which lie a
head,
And the Sacrifice of millions
of human lives ,
Could be shortened by years,
Not to mention the grief and
bitter tears,
The solution isn’t in guns and
ammunition,
But world wide freedom
Give the darker races something
to fight for—
Something to live for—
And something to look forward
too—
When the war is through.
We read the writing on the wail
When we heard India’s call—
Each word was written plainly
In China’s plea for Indi s’ lib
erty.
And India’s reply to Great
Britain,
Nothing less than complete
freedom,
Would move her millions to
action,
She would rather take her risk
And have her problems solved
by conflict—
In plain words they want free
dom while they live,
The same freedom they are r.ow

Periodical headaches, nervous

But CARDUI has another impor

That's another way it often helps
