His foremost, aim is to seek to have Negro labor utilized to the full and end the abuses suffered by Negroes in all walks of life. Calling attention to his record in speaking for Negro America, and pleading that the war must be won or “we are reduced again to slavery”, Alderman Dickerson de clared, “I am a candidate in the primary of my party for congress.
