These two teams will engage in a play off within the next three weeks. The Ramblers are defending champs. They beat the Aces last year in a play-off tourney. The Ramblers have the best evenly divided team if they would play together in a unit. Five of their players made the Urban Hi-All Star team. Maybe that is the mater—too many stars. Whenev er they do decide to play together as a unit they have one of the smoothest running machines ever to play on the Urban court. Hut this is 'not often enough. Their lineup includes Richard Gray, one of the league’s best backboard ar tists, Bobby Fry, a small, clever and sly forwaid, Sonny Triggs,' who plays best when the chips are down, Lloyd Gray, a quiet and un assuming guard, Bus McCants, a tall, lanky player, Joe Fagin, a rough and ready sub, Don Stanley a fast improving lime iront nner and Maurice Hudspeth, first year man from the Grade League. The Tigers have the most exper ienced team in the league. Brown and Britt have been playing to gether for several seasons- Their array of talent includes Willie Wise, league high scorer, Frank Brown, a left handed streak of lightning, Sid Britt, a smooth front liner, Clarence Smith, a tall guard and Hardy Meeks, a cool, and calm guard. Joe Crossley, who quit the team during the sea son when they were six games e. head, might return to play with them during the playoffs. The Tigers might miss the heady play of Bobby Popps, who is in a CCC camp. Final Hi League Standing— GP.
