Manhattan Kansas to hold a rec
ital. The sub-title of the choir is
Dramatists of Negro Music which
means that the choir is versatile
in all lines of Negro music—mus

with Mr. Brigixa’ desire to finish
his high school education before

the Ford Motor pavilion at the New
York World's Fair, entertaining
major exhibitors at their final ban
quet In Perylon Hall just before the
1,216-acre exposition closed Its
gates. With his accompanist, Jimmy
Thomas, also a Ford Motor Com
pany employe. Lowery has been a
featured entertainer at the Uptown
House, Shelton Rock (Jolf Club and
the Kit Kat Club. Here Lowery is
doing his popular “WPA" song. The
152-ton revolving turntable that,
dramatizes the production of motor
cars, the Jumbo dynnmo that helped
give New York Its first Incandes
cent electric light, and other
major Ford pavilion exhibits will
he moved to Dearborn and placed
on permanent display at the Ford
Motor Company plant.
