fictitious “graduation hour,” dur
ing its closing session at Bisho-p
College recently and conferred the
“Bachelor of Service degree” upon
two hundred delegates and mem
bers of the local entertainment
committee. The surprise was the
climax of a program of brilliant
entertainments, including a formal
three course dinner, a reception,
an ice melon supper, and a break
fast picnic in the State Park on
Cadd0 Lake.
