In March 1927—The Omaha Guide was est
ablished as A news publication—dedicated to
the fulfillment of certain ideal* which the fonder* believed essential
to the building: of the community.
Today, after 11 years of activity, replete with varied experi
ences, we pause to review our journalistic enHpavors. During: this
period, we note with a certain amounts of Ratification, that many
of the obstacles "which we viewed in the distance hfcve been partly
overcome. We are apprehensive of the ftwt that *hese accomplish
