Add sugar and let stand for an hour. Heat one cup of the juice thus made and add it | to the gelatine, which has been softened in n little cold wa'er. StV until gelatine is disso’vcd. Mix with the reft of the terries and chill i thoroughly. Before mixture con geals, fold in the whipped cream, replace in refigerator for at least two hours. Served with lady fin gers.
