Mr. Dermis O’brien, a candidate
for municipal judge says that if
the voters will study his record of
services rendered to the citizens of
Omaha, he has no doubt as tso
what the result will be on Tues
day, Nov. 3rd, in the municipal
judge race. His friends say that
his service to Omaha’s underpriv
ileged citizens justifies the 'absol
ute confidence that he will be el
acted. Even the people who he pro
secuted in police dourt when he
was prosecutor, gife him credit for
being a square shooter and he was
honest with those who were hon
est with him and was always will
ing and ready to give the person
who committed his fitet offense a
chanceto prove his worth and make
good. He refused to [prosecute any
body for any individual grudge,
but he held them to the law when
a crime had been committed. Mr.
O’Brien is commonly called “Den
ny” by his friends and associates.
He is a practiced attorney in part
ners with the firm known as "O’
Brien and Powers” in the Patter
son Block.

to run for School Board. Andy, as
we all remember, was North Oma

small margin. Andy was also the
