Ans: You have a job where you are in Pennsylvania and you are not sure of a thing to do if you should decide to move to Virginia. Stay where you are as long as the job holds out and then it will be plenty of time to think of mov ing to another state. H. B. B.—Please tell me if my husband will get well ? Ans: I ain sorry but I do not believe that your husband will ever bo entirely well from the STROKE (hat he had in October, however, it seems to me that he 1 will soon be able to get up and walk around alone. You should never let him get the least bit ex cited. Q. V. A. R. -Am I deceiving j myself in believing what I do? Ans: Not altogether—for the] young man that you have on your , mind does CARE FOR YOU.1 Don’t take him seriously for he is not yet able to support a wife. H. R,—Will I come into posses sion of the thing that has been on my mind so long? Ans: I cannot contact you as ever handling your DEEDS to your property again, as they have been lost. You should try to ar range to get a duplicate und do it right away. G. A,—What will be the out come of what I am Involved in? Ans: Your case is not as SE- j RIOUR as you believe it to be— however, you will be forced to pay for the mistake that you have made. W. J. F.—Will I make the team this season ? Ans: It seems to me that you will be fortunate enough to play on the BASKETBALL TEAM this coming season — although you won’t play in every game. This is just the beginning of a very successful future for you In the athletic field. A. E. T.—Will my husband and myself get the kind of job we want for the winter? Ans: I do not contact your “Good Will To ward Men” By R. A. Adams The corning of Christmas sug gests many th'ngs. The pur pose, the aim, the motivating principle, we oitll the Christ-j mas spirit. And the cardinal feature of the Christmas spirit is good will. This was the bur den of the Savior’s natal song sang oevr the heads of the shepherds on th eitdean plains two thousand years ago. Good will means wishing, wishing, desiring good for others. Included arc life, nec essities, health, peace and hap piness. One may not he nble to supply necessities for his neigh bor. lie may not be able to pro serve h\« neighbor’s health or to protect his life. He may not have the privilege of making large contributions to his neighbor’s happiness. But no circumstances nor contingen cies can prevent him from wishing his neighbor well. Tlim, at this time, during this season, it would be well to ban'sh malevolent feelings and sentiments, put hatreds, malice and animosities forever out of our mtnds and hearts, revive our interest in our fellows and firmly resolve to cultivate a better spirit and man manifest a better attitude toward our neighbors. Thus we can help to promote “Peace on earth and good will toward men." And it will be found profitable to practice the Christmas spirit through the entirt year. husband and yourself working to gether the early part of the wint er but around the first of the year you will gel a GOOD JOB TO GETHER. You should advertise in this newspaper for the kind of job that you are interested in. S. R.—Why hasn't my boy friend any confidence in me? A ns: You can’t blame your boy friend for forming the wrong opinion of you —It’s YOUR FAULT. lie doesn’t realize that the things that you tell should be taken as a joke as ho has taken every word you say with all se riousness. iln order to make himi change his opinion—You must cease this kind of conversation. V. I. If.—Tell me how I can win (his man’s heart? I love him more than I can explain. Ans: You can’t win this man for your HUSBAND. He liked you very much when you went to gether sometime apo but now he has found someone else that in terests him. Do not continue to cheapen yourself by writing and running after him. K. D. G.—Do you think I could hold down the position that I have just applied for? Ans: Indeed you can—al though you are just out of school is all the more reason you can hold down the STENOGRAPHIC job that you have applied for. You will hear from this company around the later part of this month and you will get the job. X. 0. X.—This is my very first yenr in college and I am terribly dissatisfied. Tell me please what I must do? Ans: When you chose your course you did not do it very tact fully—you are taking the kind of j course that does not appeal to I you. Go to your PROFESSOR and explain your situation to him and it is my belief that he will end your troubles.
