of Nellie Woodard, deceased, and Wal

by notified that on the sixth day of
June, A. D., 1904, F. M. Wilson purch
ased for the taxes at a private sale of
land for taxes lot two in block eight
in Pleasant Hill addition to Lincoln,
Lancaster County, Nebraska,, - which
lands or lots was assessed in the name
of Asa Fletcher, ana was sold for
the taxes assessed for the years 1902,
1901, 1900, 1899, 1898, 1897, 1896, 1895,
1894, 1893, 1892, 181, and that the
time for redemption of said lots or
lands from said sale will expire on
the sixth day of June A. D., 1906, and
that after said date last mentioned, I
will apply for the tax deed thereto.

take notice that on the 10th day of
January, 1906, the plaintiffs filed in
said court their petition against said
defendants, the object and prayer of
which is to foreclose the lien granted
by law to the plaintiffs upon the said
lots 1 to 13 inclusive, in Block 1, Lin
coln View Subdivision of N. E. Y of
S. W. V of Sec. 11 T. 10, R. 6, E.,
Lancaster County, Nebraska, by rea
son of a sale of the said lots for de
linquent taxes evidenced by a certain
County Treasurer's Certificate of tax
sale, dated on the 9th day of Novem
ber, 1903, and tax receipts for the de
linquent subsequent taxes paid there
on. That the time for the redemption
of said premises; from said sale has
long since expired and that there is
now due the plaintiffs on account of
said tax sale the sum of $88.95 which
is still remaining due and wholly un
paid. The plaintiffs pray for a decree that
said premises may be sold to satisfy
the amount found due them upon their
said County Treasurer's Certicate of
tax sale and tax receipts, interest, at
torney's fee and costs of this suit.
You are required to answer said
petition on or before the 5th day of

tax sale the following different sums

5, the sum of $18.00; upon lots 17 and
18, Block 5, the sum of $19.50; upon
lots 25 and 26, Block 5, the sum of
$15.08; upon lots 14, 15 and 16, Block
5 the sum of $24.00, and upon lots 5,
6, 7 and 8, Block 8, the sum of $29.93,
all of said different sums of money re
maining due and wholly unpaid.
The plaintiffs pray for a decree
that said premises may be sold to
satisfy the amounts found to be due
them upon their said County Treas
urer's Certificate of tax sale and tax
receipts, interest, attorney's fee and
costs of this suit. f

plaintiff, filed his petition in the dis

a mortgage made, executed and do

the 20th day of April, 1888, convey
ing to said plaintiff, William G.
