The Nebraska supreme court closed a busy session by filing opinions up holding the validity of the anti-ciga rette law, the act prohibiting the desecration of the national flag, the inheritance tax law, a portion of the Lincoln charter which provides for the election of seven aldermen at large, and declaring invalid the acts changing the time of the election of county supervisors and registers of deeds. The law extending the term of county supervisors was declared unconstitutional by the court, Judge Barnes dissenting, and a writ.of man damus was issued compelling the county clerks of Gage and, Buffalo counties to place the names of can didates for such offices on the official ballot. . of one of Colorado's insurance laws.
