The Maryland state committee of the
people's party has been reorganized
with the following officers: Chairman,
Joseph A. Thalheimer, 919 North Cal
houn street, Baltimore; secretary,
Thomas 0. Clark. 1008 West Lafayette
avenue, Baltimore; treasurer, James E.
Brady, 216 ,West Biddle street. Balti
more. The electoral ticket has been
agreed upon and printed petitions are
now ready for circulation. The electors
are as follows: James E. Brady, Chas.
R. Formari, Henry F. Magness, Thomas
O. Clark, Jgseph A. Thalheimer, Frank
H. Jones, Henry F. Stowell, Jonah S.

Henshaw, Phoenix, Maricopa county,
for appointment as national committee
man. t He says that Mr. Henshaw some
eight years ago in a three-cornered

votes out of a total of 3,500, au ia a
thorough populist, Mr. Henshaw has

Hon. Peter Hamilton of Brooklyn re
ports that the county committee of the
people'3 party in Kings county is being
organized and preparations made to
roll up a big4 vote for Watson and

the electoral ; ticket for Watson and
Tibbies has been nominated in Arkan-

speech. These seventy-five papers cir
culated 93,300 copies of the sun lemen,t.
We prepaid express charges and all ex
penses for printing, wrapping pdCKagts,
etc., so that none of the seventy-five
papers was out anything exoii.t tbe
labor of Inserting the supplement and
the additional postage which Us cir
culation entailed.
All the bills for the Lincoln speech
supplement are paid.
Believing that the Cooper Union
speech should have similar distribution
c contracted to have It furnished the
newspapers in like manner. This lime
cu'hty-six papers have taken nearly
120.(100 copies; and committees- and in
dividuals have bought nearly 2u.i;0)
more for hand to hand distribMion.
