Sea, thence, passing out south of the islands
of Fdr and Amrum and north of the islands

lhird Plebiscite /one (South Slesvig)—
This zone was eliminated from the Treaty at
the instance of the Danish government. On
account of the general interest this question
has aroused this zone is nevertheless included
here. It was delimited with a southern bound
ary as follows: Starting (the boundary line)
in the Sehloimunde south of the Island of
Lootsen and following the course of the Schlei
upstream, then leaving the Schlei and turn
ing south-west so as to pass south-east of
Schlesvig, I’adeby and liusdorff, and north
west of Fahrdorff and to meet tin* Reider Au
north-west of Jagel, thence, following the
course of the Keider Au and then the
course of tin1 river Treene to a point north
east of Friedrichstadt, turning south to meet
the River Eider passing east of Friedrichstadt
thence following the course of the Eider to the
North Sea.
