ficial French map appended to the Treaty,
which is not generally available to the public.

For the benefit of those readers of Dan
skrrm who are intimately acquainted in Sles
vig the following detailed description of the
zone boundaries is appended:
First Ptrhisritr /one (North Slesvig)—
That part of Slesvig lying north of a line pass
ing south of the Island of Alsou and follow
ing the median line of Flonslmrg Fjord, leav
ing the fjord about six kilometres north of
Flonslmrg and following the course of the 4
stream flowing past Kupfermuhle upstream to
a point north of Niohuus, passing from there
north of Pattshurg and Fllund and south of
Fritslee to meet the eastern boundary of the <
Krcis of Tondern at its junction with the
boundary between the old jurisdictions of
Slogs Herred and Kja*r Ilerrod, following the
latter boundary to where it meets the Schei
dehek, following the course of the Scheide
bek (Alte Au), Sudor Au and Weid Au
downstream successively to the point where
the latter bends northward about 1,500 metres
west of Ifuttelmll, thence in a west-north-west
erly direction to meet the North Sea north of
Sieltoft, thence, passing north of the Island
of Sylt.
Seroml rlrlnsntr Zone (( entral Slesvig)
—That part of Slesvig lying to the north of
a line leaving the Baltic Sea about thirteen
kilometres east-north-east of Flensburg, run
ning south-west so as to pass south-east of:
Sygum, Hingsberg, Munkbrarup, Adelby, Ta
strup, .Jarplund, Oversee, and north-west of:
Langballigholz, Langballig; Bdnstrup, Hull
