Orr, Pastor St. Marks' Reformed church. Address of Welcome, Governor Ashton C Shallenberger, on behalf of the State. Address of Welcome, Mayor Don L. Love, on behalf of the city of Lincoln. Election of temporary officers and appointment of committees. From 8:30 to 10:30 p. m. Governor and Mrs. Shallenberger will tender a reception at the Executive Mansion, to the delegates, visitors and their friends. Local organiza tions are invited. Tuesday's Sessions The Tuesday sessions will be devoted to permanently organizing, adopting consti tution and by-laws, appointment of standing committees and the transacting of any and all business that may properly come before the convention. Band Concert Tuesday Evening 7:00 TO 8:00 O'CLOCK The Musicians' Union of Lincoln has generously prepared to give a public concert' marching from their union headquarters to the First Christian church, Fourteenth and M streets, where a splendid program will be rendered. Raymond Robins of Chicago The most eloquent champion of Trades Unionism on the American platform, will deliver an address at the First Christian church Tuesday evening, beginning promptly at 8:30. He will discuss the principles of unionism. Every worker, every church member, every man and woman interested in better and higher things, should hear this splendid orator and clear-headed thinker. Lincoln has never heard his superior. Those who heard Raymond Robins on his former visit to Lincoln will be anxious to hear him again. This meeting is free, and thinking men and women are cordially invited to hear him. Children under twelve years of age will not be admitted unless accompanied by their parents. Mr. Robins will be introduced by the president-elect of the Nebraska State Federation of Labor.
