Something About It
.There are few people who have any idea how many uses have
been found for gas alone. There are today nearly eight hundred
different uses for gas, and while but very few of the appliances can
be shown at this Exposition, there will be people present who will
be ready to give you full information about almost anything that
you think you will need in your , business or your household. In
short, this Exposition is designed as a school for everybody who
wishes to come and take advantage of it.
There will be No Charge for Admission
During the entire week Mr. J filler, who is probably the most
eminent lecturer and demonstrator in the United States, will be
present and each day give a practical demonstration in the use of the
gas range, covering its entire possibilities as well as opening up some
new things in cookery. .
During tliis Exposition you will have a chance to see about
every kind of gas and electric light on the market, and be able to
.make-your own comparisons. The lighting of the auditorium will
be a feature worthy of your attention.
The electrical display will be one sure to attract attention, as it,
will include many things never before shown in Nebraska, things in
fact unknown except to those whose business it is to keep in touch
with modern invention. Here you can see a complete kitchen, the
family, laundry and the family sewing machine all run by electricity;
Many portable appliances, such as water heaters, milk warmers,
cereal cookers, coffee percolators, chaffing dishes, stoves, grids,
broilers, etc. , besides the power machines, which are common
enough today. t . .'.
It is not possible to' tell you in this page the things which will
be shown and explained to you by competent experts representing
the exhibitors. That there will be something . worthy the careful
study of the mechanic, the merchant, the manufacturer, the doctor,
