Mr. Lang don is a gentleman of wide experience in his business and a man who in the conduct of his iron works has always maintained toward labor a fair and friendly attitude. The Beatrice Iron Works has built up a large and con stantly increasing business and is an institution which has done much for the business growth of Beatrice. J. A. DOHNER.
