of viewing and locating roads, the firat des
cribed in petition as ''beginning at a point one
and one fourth miles north of t edar Island, on
the Territorial Road, running by way of the
people's bridge on Pappillion creek, thence to
Kellevue; the other commencing at hellevue hy
the people's bridge and PhilanderCook's to the
Piatte river.
