Bellevue, on Monday the 9th day of August

of viewing and locating roads, the fust des
cribed in petition as "beginning at a point one

the Territorial Road, running by way of the
people's bridge on Papplllion creek, thence to
Bellevue; the other commencing at Bcllevue by
the people's bridge and PbilanderCook's to the
Platte river.
