NOTICE Is hereby given that the County
Commissioners of said county will meet
at the residence of Willam Fletcher near
Bellevue, on Monday the 9th day of August
A. D. lHjg, at 8 o'clock A. M.,for the purpose
of viewing and locating roads, the fust des
cribed in petition as "beginning at a point one
ana one lourtii miles noun ot l.edar island, on
the Territorial Road, running by way of the
people's bridge on Papplllion creek, thence to
Bellevue; the other commencing at Bcllevue by
the people's bridge and PbilanderCook's to the
Platte river.
In the afternoon of said day nt 2 o'clock.
saiil commissioners will meet at the house of
Bernhart Myers to view and locate a road
proposed in petition, to run as follows: com
mencing at a point near the residence of Bern-
hart Myers where the Territorial road from
Omaha to Cedar Island inters cts the 1-4 sec;
