the City of Bellevue,be and is hereby instruct
ed to call, by Proclamation, a meeting of the
qualified voters of the City of Bellevue, at the
usual place of holding Elections, to determine
by vote, whether the City Council, shall be
authorized, to borrow Five Thousand Dollars,
for the purpose of coinplcteing the Court
House, in Sarpy County; said meeting to be
held on the seventh day of July, A. D. 1858.
Therefore I do order, and direct, that an
election, be held at the Bellevue House, in the
City pf Bellevue, Sarpy eoun'y, N. T. on the
seventh day of July, A. D. 1S5S the voting
phall be done by ballot, those voting for the
