of Bellevue ; (by Authority of the follow
ing Resolution,) to wit;
Resolved, by the couuil, that the Mayor of
the City of Bcllevue.be and is hereby instruct
ed to call, by Proclamation, a meeting of the
qualified voters of the City of Bellevue, at the
usual place of holding Elections, to determine
by vote, whether the City Council, shall be
authorized, to borrow Five Thousand Dollars,
for the purpose of completeing the Court
Mouse, in Sarpy County ; said meeting to be
held on the seventh day of July, A. D. 1858.
Therefore I do order, and direct, that an
election, be held at the Bellevue House, in the
City of Bellevue, Sarpy county, N. T. on the
ieventh day of July, A. D. 1858 j the voting
shall be done by ballot, those voting for the
Loan, shall have written, or printed, upon
heir ballots, the words "For the Loan";
those voting, against the Loan, shall have
written, or printed, on their ballots, " Against
the .Loan." The polls shall be opened, be
tween the hours of eight, and ten, o'clock, in
the forenoon, and shall continue open, until
four o'clock in th" afternoon.
