the authority to enter "Town Sites." In this
Territory there are no such otficers as "Judges
or the t ountv lourt, nut the Legislature hai
recognued the "County Commissioners" as
the Kroner persons to enter "Town Sites."
and we have, in view of the spirit of the law,
permitted such entries, in the hope that it
will niet the approbation of the Department.
