Company's first year In the busi ness of building and sellin, moderate cost homes. During that time w e have built and sold more than 325 new homes, be sides many old houses and prop ertles. We have sold tbesp homes on payments so arranged that they may be readily met In many Instances, w e have sold to those who have never befort I owned their homes. Whatever the price of the Metcalfe Company home, it has j been built of the best material and with painstaking care In construction. We are able to say with entire confidence that every buyer of a Metcalfe Com pany home is "A Satisfied Cus tomer." By reason of these results, we feel that Metcalfe Company has, during the past year, rendered genuine service—service to the home owner, servic e to Omaha, service to the considerable num ber of people to whom we have given employment, service to Omaha's material men and, as well, service to ourselves. It has, indeed, been an interesting and successful demonstration ol the truth that with respect to business dealings "What blesses one, blesses all.” In the stirring play, known as "The Servant In the House," It la revealed that "every good wish you wish will come true If you only wish hard enough." Standing at the threshold of our new business year, we are tak ing advantage of this "Well Wisher's” Day to send you this Business Valentine. For Omaha, the city of which we are all so justly proud, we are wishing an ever-growing concern in civic pride, respect for law, protection (or youth, ! enlargement of grade school fa- t cllities and practical and contln* I , uing attention to those who, In every growing city, seem to re- < quire the all-year-round effort* of "Good Fellow" movements. For Omaha's wholesale, retail and general commercial Inter ests, we are wishing an In creased volume of profitable i business. We are wishing for a sub stantial Increase in the number of satisfied home owners In Omaha. For everyone in our line of endeavor, we are wishing pros perity similar to that which has been ours during the past year, and which we know will be in creasf?d for us during the year to come. For you who may read this somewhat unusual Business Val entine, we are wishing that "vast measure of content'' which comes to those who, with all their loved ones, are enjoying health, prosperity and an under standing of the true values of life. Sincerely grateful for all the good which our flrat bualneae . year has brought to us, we broadcast the message of Good Will, first sent out by the old , Virginia slave who, from the depths of a loving heart, prayed: Remember de rich, remember de po'. Remember de bond and de free; And when you you get frti r*- | membering all around, Don, eood Ix>rd, remember me. : Satisfied UFTCALFF SatisRed Customers Customers .
