An ordinance amending Section 1 and Section 3 of Ordinance No. 11605, being an ordinance regulating the playing of golf upon municipally owned courses, and exacting specified amounts for the right to play golf on municipally owned and maintained golf courses, and to re peal the Mentions thus amended. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUN CIL, OF THE CITT OF OMAHA: Section 1. That from and after the 31st day of December. A. D. 1924. de partment In charge of municipally owned and operated golf courses shall charge each person of the ago of 16 years or I older a fee of 25 cents for each round of 18 holes, or a fee of 15 cents for 9 holes, upon each and si! of the municipal i courses. Tire payment of such fee may | be evidenced by the issuance of buttons or other forms of receipt. The depart-j ment in charge may, at Its option.
