* Youth and Girl Found Dead in Wymore Park Sweethearts Embraced In Each Other’s Arms; Bullet Wounds in Heads; Neigh bor Discovers Bodies. _B Special Dlapatch to The Omaha Bee. Wymore. Neb., Aug. 27.—Bodies of Charles Cleary, 16, and Bessie Nemlc, 15, were found this morning, em braced In each other arms. In the M. Ij. Rawlings grove on Indian creek just south of Wymore. Authorities are uncertain whether the case is a double murder or a murder and suicide. Children Sweethearts. The children were sweethearts and their companionship had been opposed by the girl's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Mike Nemlc. They left their homes in the south part of town yesterday afternoon and did not return. The bodies were discovered this morning by the girl's mother and Mrs. A. F. Taylor, a neighbor. Both bodies were rigid nnd death is be lieved to have occurred before mid night Tuesday. Each of the children had been shot In the left temple. Cleary was known to be left-handed. His hand still gripped a revolver with two exploded . shells in Its chambers. There was no evidence of a struggle. Dogs Give Warning, It was learned this morning that a railway section laborer saw the pair enter a pasture yesterday afternoon. A farmer near by claims to have heard a shot late in the afternoon from within the pasture and grove which borders one of the roads out of town. The mother and neighbor were guided-to the bodies by the barking of dogs in the grove, which is half a miles from the homes of the families. Inquest Ordered. The girl is an eldest daughter. Her father was a Burlington shop strik er two years ago. The boy Is the eld est son of C. L. Cleary, electrical worker of Wymore. His mother is dead. The sheriff ordered the bodies re moved to Wymore. An Inquest will be held. ROOMERS ROUTED BY FIRE AT DAWN Fourteen roomers were rohted from the rooming house of Helen Summers, 2310 California street, at 4:29 Wednes day morning by fire which burned the attic and roof of the frame build ing. They gathered outside in various forms of night dress and watched ^^firemen extinguish the blase. Then they returned to bed. Damage was estimated at 3500, A motorist passing the house noticed flames leaping from the roof and called the department. Defective wiring is believed to have caused the fire.
