the cost of grading Harney Street from
4 4th Street to .“addle Creek. Road and
44th Avenue from Harney Street to
Dewey Avenue. being Grading Im
provement No. 99.
Whereas, It having been and being
hereby adjudged, determined and estab
lished that the several lota and piece* of
real estate hereinafter referied to have
each been specially benofltled to th-; loll
amount herein levied and assessed against
each of said lota and pieces of real
estate, respectively, by reason of the
grading within Grading Improvement No
99. being Harney Street from 14th Street
to Saddle Creek Road and 44th Avenue
from Harney Street to Dewey Avenue.
Therefore. For the purpose of paying
the coat of such grading,

by. levied and assessed according to spe
cial benefits by reason of said grading
