7,000 Patients Attend
Creighton Clinic
During ths past year, Creighton
university medical clinic has cared
tor 7,000 patients, who made 22,000
trips to the clinic. What percentage
■f received examination and treatment
free is hard to determine. A fee of
25 cents Is usually charged when the
patient can afford it. *
Dr. J. R. Kleyla has the direct
supervision of the clinic. The labora
tories are under the direction of
Dean Herman von Schulte. Should
those who visit the clinic need social
or economic assistance, the various
societies who care for this class are
notified.
For the kiddies there are highly
trained experts in orthopedics and
a nurse from the Visiting Nurse as
sociation constantly in attendance.
Working on individual needs dis
covered in the clinic, are St. Joseph
hospital, Visiting Nurse association,
school nurses, and through each of
these the various social agencies of
the city.
More than $14,500,000 was spent in
Paris last year for amusements.

to Eppley Are Filed
