Section 1. That an Issue of general bonds
of the City of Omaha In the principal
sum of Three Thousand Dollars <13 1 f U »
Is hereby authorized snd shall be de
nominated "Grading Bonds." The pro
ceeds to be used to pay the costs of
grading parts of F J. K. 34fh and 35th
Streets, being Grading Improvement No.
107. The bonds shall be in denomina
tion* of Five Hundred Dollars (fciO.OO).
Shall he due and payable In five ilf
years from data with interest at the rate
of five per cent per annum, payable semi
annually with coupon* annexed. These
bonds are Issued under the provisions of
and subject to the limitations in Article
IV. and especially Se< tion 24 thereof, of
Chapter 11*. General I.aws of Nebraska,
approved April 20th. 1921
