Consistory No. 1 to Hold Reunion Here This Week Candidates From All Parts of Iowa, Nebraska, South Da kota and Kansas to Take Degrees. The stage is set, the curtain is drawn, nil is in readiness fnr the GGth reunion of consistory No. 1, Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, tumor row-. For four days this week the candidates for advancement in Ma sonry wilt be initiated in the mys teries, rites and lights of the con sistory. From all parts of Nehraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Kansas and many other states come the candidates and those who have passed through tis candidates, to become 32d degree Ma sons. The class of novices Is expect ed to number 150 and arrangements have been made to accommodate from 1,500 to 2,000 visitors and consistory No. 1, A. A. S. R. members. Recess for Meals. With all the pomp, solemnity and grandeur of the days of knights and squires, the first day of the reunion will open with Initiation into the mysteries of tho Lodge of Perfection, with John William Cooper, 32d de gree. K. C. C. H., venerable master, presiding. As on each day to come , the cert monies will cease at noon fo lunch, nt evening for dinner and, after dinner, will soon terminate for the night. Tuesday, tho second day, the class cf candidates will be passed through the Sempt r Fidelia chapter, Knights of the Rose Croix. Amadeus Andrews Holtman, 32d degree, wise master, will direct the destinies of the class cn that day. Pass to 301 li Degree. Theodore Wilson McCullough, 33d degree, emint nt commander, will cn lighten the candidates on Wednesday, the third day of the reunion. From 0 in the morning until 7:30 In the evening, the class will pass from de gree to degree until the 30th is reached. Thursday will be marked by the conferring of the final rites of the consistory. James Robert Cain, jr., 33d degree, venerable master of Ka dosh. will guide proceedings. Each section of the rites and mysteries will be passed and the day and the re union will end that night with rtie traditional consistory banquet. The class will return again on De eemhf r 10 to continue its travels across the burning sands or the desert toward its goal, the Shrine.
