Y., they will soon unveil this striking monument to “The War Dog" for his valiant services rendered during the World War. It is the first monument of its kind and was erected by public contri bution from dog lovers. The statue, representing a dog finding a wounded soldier, was executed by Robert C'aterson and is set upon a ten-ton “Rock of Ages" bowlder. It cost $2,500 (. , WORLD’S SMALLEST CITY HALL.
