Roberts Dear Mrs. Roberts: \ Judging by the way my friends speak of them, these “open letters” are being quite generally read, but I imagine I get more pleasure in writing them than others do in reading them. V It hak been so long since you and Mr. Roberts became customers of The Pantorium that I could not find the exact date, as our original books wee destroyed in a fire many years ago. But I do know this: You are one of our oldest and best customers, pnd I try to make it my busi ness to see that your work is always perfectly done. . In a business like ours, it is the personal atteri .ion to details and careful inspection and super vision of the work that makes friends and satisfied customers. Both Mr. Thomas and myself spend the greater part of our time throughout the plant watching every detail as closely as possible. When you, or any other customer, get an un satisfactory job from The F'antorium we always consider you have done us a favor when you report iU- “Satisfacation or no pay” will always be our motto. F wish to thank both you and Mr. Roberts for your business and your good will, and F hope we may never give you cause to withdraw it.
