a. m. Wednesday. October 10th, 1923, and
will be opened by (he Board of County
Commissioners at said hour above written,
in their meeting chamber, Court House,
Omaha, Nebraska, for the gravelling of
the "Loup Hoad,” designated as follows:
Road No. 18 from the north limits of
the City of Omaha, north and north
westerly to Road No. b and Road No. 6
k westerly to its intersection with the
Washington Highway. Douglas County,
Nebraska, for the following approximate
quantities, to-wit: 49.399 square yards,
more or less of gravel road, 24 feet by
two Inches.
Bids must be accompanied by a certi
fied check or cash in an amount equal
to B% of the amount of the bid, as a
guarantee that the bidder will accept the
contract if awarded.
All work to be started on or before
October 22, 192%. and completed not later
