Former Congressman Thomas Upton
Sisson of Mississippi died suddenly
here today of heart disease. He was
64 years old last Saturday.
Sisson served in the house of repre
sentatives from 19(fc until hs was
defeated in the democratic primary
last prlng. He was a member of the
. appropriations committee from 1911
% until the close of his service in the
bouse.
