Society Legion Auxiliary Picnic at Vocational School. Douglas County Legion auxiliary will be hostess at a basket picnic Saturday afternoon, 4 o’clock, at the Bellevue Vocational school. All legion members as well as the auxili ary are invited. The auxiliary will provide ice cream and cake for the soldiers at the school. There will be dancing in the evening. Mrs. Leo Crosby, Mrs. H. M. Coklin, Mrs. G. P. Stebbins and -Miss Margaret Kennedy are In charge of the affair. McNabb-Nelson. The marriage of Miss Erma Maree Nelson, daughter of Mr| and Mrs. John A. Nelson, and Harold Sander son McNabb, son of Mr. and Mrs. James McNabb of Lincoln, took place yesterday afternoon at 2 at the home of the bride’s parents. Dr. S. I’. Cresap of Nebraska City officiated in the presence of 25 guests. Miss Nelson attended the Univer sity of Nebraska, where she was a member of the Silver Serpent hon orary society. She has been an art teacher here in the city schools. Mr. McNabb is a graduate of the Uni versity of Nebraska where he was’a member of the Silver Lynx. Mr. and Mrs. McNabb will be at home after August 1 at 2939 Sewell street, Lin coln, Neb., following a western motor trip. *1 For Mrs. Rockhill. Dr. and Mrs. T. P. Livingston of !
