A sulky person is .. bore; -Nothing less .',nig enough to take care of them selves, and it was high time for them to be dbing it. But Boxer Just wouldn’t think of it in this way. "It's all their fault.'’ lie Kept mutter ing lo himself as lie prowled about in the Green Forest. He blamed those helpless babies under the old windfall which had been his old home. Yes, sir, lie put all the blame on them. "It's all their fault." he kept mut tering to himself, as lie prowled about In Hie fireen Forest, always taking care never to go very near that old windfall. "It is all their j fault. Tlyit was my home and Woof Woof's. and they have no business there. If ever t catch them I'll make them sorry. I'll teacli them a lesson. Yes. sir. -that’s what I'll do. I'll teach them a lesson. I guess they’ll never drive anybody else nut of a home. There must he two of them. I'm sure I heard two cry. I don't see why Mother Hear didn't put them eftit when they first e.amr. My, but she was ugly when she chased me away from that windfall!" So as Boxer wandered about through the Oreen Forest he kept thinking and thinking about those new habies In the old home. He couldn't get them out of tils load And the more tie thought of them the more sulky lie became. He felt that ho was a very much abused ! young Rear. He thought only of Jilm self. He didn’t give a thought to Woof-Woof. Ry this time he had almost forgotten her. Probably had he not discovered that there were new habies In the old home he would by this time have been a contented and well satisfied young Bears He didn't nod Mother Rear any longer. He hud no use ftp that old home. He probably would very soon have left Mother- Hear had she not driven him a way when she did. But the discovery that their were new huble*. and that Mother Rear had no thought for any one hut them, made »|| the difference In the world. And so Boxer sulked and sulked ami sulked, and was ns had tempered as a young Bear could he. Dozens of times fie was tempted to go hack to that old windfall. Rut lie didn't do it. Bvery time he was so tempted he remembered that ugly growl of Mother Rear's and how dreadful her teeth had looked He would shiver at the thought and wander off in an other direction. (Copyright.
