Increase in Vacations
by Auto Is Foreseen
The honk of the auto horn of the
summer vacationist is already being ;
heard and there is no doubt that this
year will see the greatest number of
jautoists ever known traveling
(through the country. Unsettled con
I (litions and readjustments in business
j which kept many people at home the
last two summers are far behthd now
and the maps are out while the
family plans a tour.
The resorts of Minnesota. Wiscon
sin. Michigan and northern Iowa are
all reporting advance inquiries as to
reservations for family parties and
bookings at many other places will
have to be made early. The sum
mer hotels with cottages adjoining
and a main dining room for all guests
seem to be especially popular.
