CREIGHTON UNIVERSITY HAS NEVER BEFORE IN ITS HISTORY ASKED THE PEOPLE
OF OMAHA TO CONTRIBUTE ONE CENT TO ITS SUPPORT
NOW—CREIGHTON is making an appeal to YOU, whether you can give much or
little. Creighton was founded primarily for the people of Omaha and the youth of
the country. Creighton has served the people faithfully for almost half a century.
During this time, Creighton has never asked the people to contribute to its support.
YET during this time it has given FREE education in its High School and College of Arts and 4
Sciehces to every boy who applied for this training, regardless of his creed or color. The only
thing that can prevent the entrance of a boy who is qualified to enter these departments is
lack of room—and it is this condition that makes necessary the present
TWO MILLION DOLLAR BUILDING AND ENDOWMENT CAMPAIGN

CREIGHTON NEEDS YOUR HELP NOW-No matter how little you can give—the “widow’s
mite” is just as much appreciated as the millionaire’s larger gifts — the proportion and the
spirit is the same. Everyone can help and everyone MUST help. The fact that Creighton
has been carrying on a great and glorious work in Omaha and FOR OMAHA is an obligation
we cannot forget. In the past ten years Creighton has more than doubled its student body,
but its endowment fund has not been increased one penny. Creighton MUST have additional
funds or curtail its work. We now appeal to the people of Omaha to help—to give—he the gift
large or small, so that this great educational work may he carried on.
